So many homes that were decorated beautifully for Halloween. All are wonderful! This was a difficult choice to make but thanks to about a dozen Highland Park kids who helped select the spookiest house in our neighborhood. Congratulations to Joe and Mel Stamper at 731 Owen Street. Their creative decorations, spooky spirit, and attention to detail turned their house into a Halloween “haunted house” highlight .
