Donna and Jack Hall’s “haunted harvest” earns them the October Decorated Yard of the Month award. The hay bales, cornstalks, and pumpkins mixed with skeletons and menacing ghosts create a boo-tiful scene for neighbors and trick-or-treaters along Shawnee Avenue. This display certainly upholds Highland Park’s Halloween reputation!
