Sarah and Jim Rawlings’ home and yard often reflect the change of seasons. Their fun and festive holiday display this year has earned them the December Decorated Yard of the Month award. Colorful Christmas lights and garland incorporate the idyllic white picket fence and hard-to-miss red bicycle (a neighborhood icon in and of itself), making for a delightfully cheery scene along South Ninth Street.
