It must be spring because the cottage garden at the corner of Wea and Cherokee is in full bloom. Congratulations to Gay-Ellen Stulp, the April 2020 Yard of the Month winner! A perennial favorite for springtime Yard of the Month nominations, Gay-Ellen’s creative use of plant material, color, texture, and hard work also won her this award in April 2018.
